My mini sessions pack a serious punch: ten whole minutes of quick-paced prompting / posing to ensure you get a variety of images in your final gallery! Preparation is key. Before your scheduled mini, I send a guide outlining every single detail about your session. Location information, parking instructions, specific pointers to help locate me at the field / park / venue / etc. and so much more. I am an over-communicator (ha!) and work really hard to eliminate any and all surprises for my mini session clients.

no one likes being late!
Yes, it’s a ten minute session; however, please plan accordingly. You will need to be parked, at the designated photo spot, and have your family completely camera-ready at least 4-6 minutes prior to your session in order for my minis to run smoothly. Meaning: if you decide to change your little ones on location (carseat mishaps are so real), potty breaks, etc — I encourage clients to factor all of those things into your plan for getting to your mini on time. I schedule mini sessions back-to-back and allow no time for breaks in between! If for some reason a you are late to your scheduled mini, those minutes will unfortunately be deducted from your session.

Mini sessions are quick in duration, but compact in nature! My biggest priority for all mini session clients is variety! I do my best to try and capture multiple sets of photos within each 10 minute session. Individuals of children, whole family / group together, just mom and kids + just dad and kids, chunky toe details, etc… I am overly organized by nature and am constantly running through a shot list in my mind while working with my clients! You can expect fast-paced fun at your mini session — I wouldn't want it any other way!!
